Strict reduction of grape yield at 55 hectoliters per hectare. Natural sedimentation with a constant temperature of 5°C. Maceration in open stainless steel tanks at 25°C.
70% maturation of 9 months in stainless steel tanks.
30% maturation of 8 months in French oak barriques.

Tasting:
Aromas of vanilla, chocolate, blackcurrant, pleasantly balanced with truffles. On the palate an additional composition of berries and the aroma of chocolate that transforms itself to a slight taste of cassis. In the finish stays a persistent elegant freshness.
